Fresh off the end of the Housing Bubble in 2009, they decided to invest in a home while the market was in recovery mode. Divine intervention led them to a short sale, resulting in low mortgage payments in an up-&-coming community. Fast forward 4 years, they saw an opportunity to rent out that home AND earn enough cash to help finance a larger home.
Within 6 years, the net positive cash flow for that first property grew from 37% to 70%. Though the eventual results were great, they were only possible through some tough lessons learned along the Accidental Landlord journey.

Her credentials include a Bachelor’s in communications, a Master’s in business, and a Six Sigma Black Belt in process management.

His most recent role with a world-leading cruise line has honed his expertise in the areas of client needs assessment, goal setting, and client retention.
